I'm not a big dessert eater. If you haven't already noticed. I'd gladly take a bowl of veggies or rice over a sweet dessert. But when I do get a craving, these strawberry biscuits really hit the spot! Whole Foods has an organic quick baking mix I like to use. These are incredibly easy to make...almost TOO easy!
