Chicken Pot Pie in a Blanket of Puff Pastry

Comfort Food at its Best. I used EVOO instead of butter. This Tastes almost as good as Grandma's Pot Pie Fresh From the Oven; Except, This is BETTER!

Honey Barbeque Chicken Wings

Ever since I tried J. Timothy's Honey Barbeque Chicken Wings at a Christmas Party, I've been dreaming of making my own. I found this recipe and modified it to be out-of-this-world tastefully PERFECT. Ladies, if you have a man living in your house, please do all of you a favor and make these for the next Football game they watch!

My modifications: I only added 2 tablespoons of butter, and only 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce. I also put the Broiler on low the last 1 min. or so and let them get crispy on top.

Veggie Lasagna Rolls with Peppery Pecorino Marinara

These Lasagna rolls are fun to make, make a ton when you double the recipe, and will please anyone. The fresh spices and nutmeg jazz up the flavors. You can choose to make half with sauce, or half without red sauce. You can use Alfredo sauce or your own jar marinara. I made this sauce & it was SPICY!! I kept some off the side as the kids & Dave wouldn't have eaten something so spicy. I loved the spicy sauce!
